I have recently joined Fitness Foundry..
I honestly cannot believe that I am enjoying going to the gym! It is super fun, with changing classes and exercises all the time, so you never get bored, a great variety of class times to suit everyone, but what I love the most is the people ! All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and most helpful, which is great considering before joining FF I had never done a single class of gym in my life! Class sizes are limited to x amount of people, so you always get the help you need and encouragement when needed. I was always worried about the “gym junkies” when and if I joined a gym.. but there are none here.. just genuine hard working people who are getting healthier and stronger! Very grateful I found Shane and his team., life changing for me!
